Note: to enter Ukraine for attending exhibition a visa is needed for the citizens of some countries. The citizens of USA, Canada, Japan, European countries, Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Andorra, Vatican, Iceland, Monaco, Norway, and the republics of San Marino don’t require visa if their duration of stay does not exceed 90 days. To obtain business visa (type ”B”), the applicant must submit to the Ukrainian Consulate of the country where visa is to be obtained the following documents: 1) A valid passport 2) An application form 3) One recent passport-size photograph 4) Visa support invitation letter. A letter that is issued by the organizer and approved by the Governmental Authorities.
Kyiv International Contract Fair is issuing the mentioned invitation letter for exhibitors and their partners. Please, mention that the standard procedure for issuing an invitation letter is 3 weeks + 3-4 days for transportation.
Information necessary for making invitation letter for receiving Ukrainian visa
- full name (in English and in Russian obligatory); - citizenship; - date of birth; - position, place and address of work; - residence address; - passport (№, date if issue, expiry date); - confirmation of hotel reservation (a letter or a document from the hotel or travel agent that confirms the reservation in the hotel) - copy of passport
Note. One invitation letter = 25 Euro
The procedure takes 2 weeks + 3-7 days for delivery
