The Government stimulates building development in Ukrainian agricultural sector. Thus in 2019 agricultural manufacturers (legal persons) can get compensation of cost of building and reconstruction of grain storing and processing enterprises. The help is meant for the companies the main activity of which is to supply agricultural goods/services. Manufacturing process must be carried out on one’s own or rented production site and the goods/services must make not less than 75% of all goods’ value supplied by the company during the last 12 months. Besides, newly formed agricultural manufacturers conducting business activity for less than 12 calendar months can receive compensations. The amount of the compensation is 30% of an object’s value including the value of equipment. One of the conditions to receive compensation lies in finishing of object’s building stage and reconstruction during the current year.
Partial compensation of objects’ value is provided three times a year without return.
